MEYLORA SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This policy governs all product subscriptions on Meylora, including the Lash Growth Serum and any future auto-replenishment products. By enrolling in a Meylora subscription, you agree to the terms below.

If you are enrolled in the Meylora Lash Club, please refer to the separate Lash Club Membership Agreement, which governs that program specifically.

1. SUBSCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Meylora subscriptions are an auto-replenishment service. Each subscription delivers your selected product on a recurring schedule until you cancel.

  • Price: As displayed at checkout, based on the bundle and quantity selected
  • Shipping Frequency: Every 30 or 60 days, depending on the quantity you selected at checkout
    • 1 bottle: ships every 30 days
    • 2+ bottles: ships every 60 days
  • Subscriber Savings: Subscribers receive a discount off the regular price, applied automatically at each billing cycle
  • Shipping: Free on all subscription orders within the continental US

2. HOW BILLING WORKS

By enrolling, you authorize Meylora and our payment processors to charge your saved payment method at the price and frequency selected at checkout. Charges continue automatically until you cancel.

  • Each charge is processed on your renewal date, and your product ships within 1–3 business days of successful payment.
  • You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming renewal, giving you the opportunity to skip, pause, or cancel before the charge is processed.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused automatically until a valid payment method is provided.

3. SKIP, PAUSE, OR CANCEL

You may skip an upcoming shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel at any time from your account portal.

How: Log in at meyloralashes.com → Account → Manage Subscription.

Deadline: Any change (skip, pause, cancel) must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date to prevent the upcoming charge. Changes made within 48 hours of renewal will apply to the following cycle.

No penalties: There are no fees or penalties for skipping, pausing, or cancelling.

4. REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on First Order: New subscribers are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee on their first order only. If you are not satisfied with your first shipment, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Subsequent Orders: Because subsequent shipments are recurring orders you've authorized in advance, they are not eligible for refund once shipped. To prevent a recurring charge, you must skip or cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact support within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Failure to Cancel On Time: Charges processed because a customer did not cancel before the 48-hour deadline are considered valid and non-refundable.

5. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team is considered a breach of these terms.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • Your subscription will be cancelled immediately
  • Your account may be restricted from future purchases
  • We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with documentation of these terms, your order history, and your authorization at checkout

If you have any issue with a charge, please contact support@meyloralashes.com first. We resolve the vast majority of billing concerns within 24 hours.

6. PRICE CHANGES

We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If your subscription price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new amount. Continued enrollment after a price change notification constitutes acceptance of the new price.

7. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

If a product becomes temporarily unavailable, your subscription will be paused automatically and resumed when stock returns. You will not be charged during the pause. If a product is permanently discontinued, your subscription will be cancelled and you will be notified by email.

8. SHIPPING

  • Subscription orders ship to the address on file at the time of each renewal
  • It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address current. Orders shipped to an outdated address are not eligible for refund

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

MEYLORA LASH CLUB MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

The Meylora Lash Club is a separate, credit-based membership program with terms distinct from standard product subscriptions. By joining the Lash Club, you agree to the terms below.

For standard product subscriptions (such as the Lash Growth Serum), please refer to the Meylora Subscription Policy.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

The Meylora Lash Club is a credit-based membership program.

  • Price: $34.00 USD / month
  • The Exchange: Upon successful payment, your account is immediately credited with 1 Lash Credit (redeemable for 1 Lash Set)
  • Billing Cycle: Your membership renews every 30 days based on your original sign-up date

2. REFUND POLICY (ALL SALES FINAL)

Strict No-Refund Policy: The monthly fee is instantly converted into a digital good (1 Lash Credit) delivered immediately to your account. Due to this instant, irrevocable delivery of a digital product, all monthly membership charges are non-refundable.

Credit Expiration Rule: The charge is considered final upon issuance of the Lash Credit. Failure to redeem the credit before its expiration does not qualify the charge for a refund.

Missed Deadlines: If you fail to "Skip" or "Cancel" at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date, the charge is considered valid.

Usage and Expiration: Credits expire 60 days after they are obtained. It is the member's sole responsibility to redeem credits before this deadline.

3. DISPUTE WARNING (CHARGEBACKS)

Chargeback Breach: The filing of a chargeback is considered a breach of these Membership Terms.

Consequence: If a chargeback is filed, your membership will be immediately and permanently cancelled, and your account may be restricted from future purchases.

4. THE "SHOP OR SKIP" MECHANISM

You have the flexibility to skip a month if you do not need new lashes.

How to Skip: You must log in to your account portal and select "Skip Month."

Deadline: You must skip at least 48 hours before your specific renewal date.

Skip Limits: To maintain the integrity of the club, you may skip a maximum of 2 consecutive months. The third month's charge is required to keep your membership active.

5. ACTIVE STATUS & BENEFITS

Your membership benefits are contingent on your status for the current billing cycle.

A. ACTIVE STATUS (Bill Paid):

  • 1 Lash Credit
  • 25%+ Off Sitewide
  • Lash Insurance

B. PAUSED STATUS (Month Skipped):

  • No charge
  • No new credit
  • 25%+ Discount is paused
  • Lash Insurance is paused

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your membership at any time with no penalty.

How to Cancel (Mandatory Method): Cancellations must be processed exclusively via the "Manage Subscription" portal in your account. Cancellations via email, phone, or any other method are not valid and will not be processed.

Deadline: You must cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to stop the upcoming charge.

Effect of Cancellation:

  • Your access to the 25%+ Discount and Lash Insurance ends immediately
  • Any unused Lash Credits remain in your account, but they must be redeemed within 60 days of the cancellation date, after which they will expire

7. LASH INSURANCE (REPLACEMENT POLICY)

The Benefit: If a lash set is lost or damaged, we will send a replacement set for free.

The Cost: The member is responsible for covering the shipping fee for the replacement.

Eligibility: You must be an Active Member (Paid status, not Skipped or Cancelled) at the time you file the claim.
